How all started.

MODUL started from a simple idea: to create a quiet, professional place to work outside of home and cafés.

As an architect, I wanted to create a space that felt different from both working from home and a traditional office. Calm, well-designed, and personal. A place where you can have your own desk, focus, and still have people around you.

So I kept MODUL intentionally small. Just 10 dedicated desks, shared by people from different fields, each here to do their own thing.
